TOTO - Time On The Outside was formed to bring hope and encouragement to the wives of incarcerated men. We are a Christ-centered, 501(c)3 organization that desires to help what we consider to be a forgotten or overlooked segment of society, prison wives. Founded by DeAnna Sosa, a prison wife herself, TOTO seeks to provide support, both emotional and spritual, to women who have been adversely impacted by their husband's incarceration. We offer support groups, bible studies, individual biblical counseling, and various events throughout the year that are designed to encourage and uplift prison wives on an often long and difficult journey. 

We also desire to be a place that can point prison wives in the direction of much-needed information and services - a database of resources for the practical and physical needs they may have. We do not seek to re-invent the wheel, but to gather names, numbers, and website links that will be accessible in one place (our website or via phone) to women who may be in the most emotionally turbulent time of their lives.
